GTCH LOOPHOLE, In reply to litigation i just pulled this off page 53 VISIONWAVE HOLDINGS DRS/A (Draft registration statement) Conflicts of Interest: Certain directors and officers involved in the business combination may have conflicts of interest, which could affect the terms or outcomes of the transaction. , If you could point me in the direction of the LITIGATION of said patent that would be great !!
I can't find any thing related to the patents but i did see in one of the filings about possible infringment ,, as well as I noticed that what I beleive some of the patents that had assignments to GBT are now unassigned ? gbt tech has 10 assigned patents TOKENIZE has 4 and there are over 25 applications open and acouple not assigned only to RITTMAN,, ,, there was also a patent grant this month to tokenize that didn't receive any attention ? ,,
