2B is a rough Flost, but the price is right for a starter an average down till he finds a buyer,

A R/S will not happen under Synergy. It's not their MO. If this was Lazar. It would have gotten a 1000+:1 the first day he could. So a R/S is unable to say till control is sold.

Ben holds all the P-shares, so that cool.
He will want the best potential to have potential to come in here.,
