Actually by the time he got to Atlantic City he had built his first hotel the Grand Hyatt Hotel near Grand Centeal Station as well as his first Trump Tower in Manhattan. He then went to Atlantic City where he thrived and dived into BK 4 times. He then left in 2009 and with him gone Atlantic City became a bust. As much as I support him and think he is one of the top 4 presidents ever he really is a ruthless businessman. If you read about him and the wake of broken small businesses and people he left behind in Atlantic City it's easy to say he is ruthless.
