How do you define dead? The stock is trading daily, the price is stable and there are folks who believe in the future of the stock as an investment. Whether their confidence will be borne-out in the future is yet to be seen. But it isn't dead at this time.

Now then, if you mean you think it is going to be dead at a future time, then you are probably right. Almost all people and all companies die eventually. Whether the timing of that death is tomorrow or years from now, who is to say.
