The only bad part is that he repealed an order that was enacted by LBJ in 1965.... 30 years before DEI was even a concept. This has nothing to do with DEI and everything to do with plain workplace discrimination. Problem is there aren't enough qualified straight white Trump supporting men to fill all the vacated positions. The minority hires will be quickly recognized as the ones who were most qualified in the first place.
