Many years ago I recall Nasrat mentioning a company that was going to try and run Elite into the ground. Can't remember if this was a company that wanted to buy Elite or what. Was many, many years ago. Doubt it's the same company.  Running share price into ground has no impact on Elite unless they are trying to prevent uplisting. We have no need to tap into markets for liquidity needs.
