I always wonder why are they asking when the answers are out there often in official company news?

Sounds like a $400-500m capital raise is imminent (may be on top of ATM activity?) to :
a) fund the finance subsidiary for Texas and Georgia projects
b) cover losses in 2025 and hopefully 2026.

one big raise then they can start benefitting from all the electrolyzer orders they have
