If I'm reading it correctly, they can settle this thing over the phone. Both parties agreed to comply with the Accord verdict.
and it should go in Elites favor for (obvious) reasons.

The Judge sends a CC copy to each party concerned then a CC to the FDA, then the FDA guys send it to their lawyers They
have to sign off, then they send it back to the FDA guys, then the FDA sends the approval to Elite, then Elite can start making
