He is trying to explain what is actually going on when some someone thinks it is the counterfeit share boogie man.

And what he explains it is...is nowhere near what the average penny investor moron who believes in "counterfeit shares" thinks it is.

People should actually read the article. Its not bad at all.

1) Do I own stock?
Answer: No. I don’t invest in penny stocks.
