...Will judge Naomi order the related LIBOR case settled.....per the settlement agreement.......................

....OR WILL THE JUDGE GIVE IN TO THE CITY OF BALTIMORE and FDIC...........and bind over the case to the federal district court, for a PUNITIVE DAMAGES trial..........by a Baltimore jury..............????......................

....and what becomes of our main Sonterra/LIBOR case.........stuck at the USCA/2, on an amended petition, which the main defendant PERMITTED, in full....????....Merrill-Lynch/BAC was added as a co-defendant and has not responded (I believe a new defendant has 30 days to respond, 60 if a party on either side is a gov't entity - - - BAC was totally silent???)..................

......WHO KNOWS.............but given the size of the parties involved, and the blatant and proven ANTITRUST GUILT............HOW CAN THIS CASE, ours and the related case.........NOT BE SETTLED..............????...........nuts.................only one explanation.................marty wants the Baltimore jury to assess punitive damages against the LIBOR perps................................and he's got the Baltimore mayor, to back him up..............might equal $2-billion, per Deutsch Bank.......cool, let's do it........EXCEPT THAT OUR CASE HAS BEEN SETTLED FOR $364mm, per the amended petition, which is a settlement when allowed at the appellate level...................????...................so strange..........................
