February 27, 2007, Nevada Exploration Inc. (formerly known as C Level Bio
International Holding Inc.) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce, in
accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the
"Exchange"), that the Corporation has obtained from the Exchange the final
approval of its Qualifying Transaction as described in the previous press
release issued by the Corporation and that the Final Bulletin related thereto
was issued today by the Exchange.
Accordingly, the Corporation is pleased to announce that its common
shares will commence trading on the Exchange at the opening of the market on
Monday March 5, 2007, under the new trading symbol TSX-V: NGE.
