Looking back at those claiming XRP would never go past $1 because of MC and seeing XRP continually flipping other large corporations makes me see that MC doesn't really apply to cryptocurrencies like common stocks. You can see the videos of these guys on X and now they won't respond of course. 

Also, what the SEC does before the 15th is irrelevant. When the SEC is replaced, that case is going to be dropped. Period. The incoming regime is putting who they want to do their bidding at each agency stronghold.
