YBCN - Nongfu

To me, that filing sounds like they were told what they did was not legal. So, they did change their name to Nongfu, but not properly. So, they did, but they didn't, but they really did. They just have to do it proper. That's my interpretation.

It's still a bit confusing. YBCN is still having meetings. I can't find any evidence they are cross-pollinated yet. But now Nongfu is adversing on those same exact trains, so they have to be cross-pollinated in some contacts somehow, somewhere, beyond our obvious board members.


But these two videos were created 4 and 5 days ago respectively. They show Nongfu Shop on the Nasdaq Marquee. Our Nongfu logo is obvious there.

They don't show a stock ticker, however. Then the translation of that first link literally says, "Nongfupu Group logo. Landing in Times Square, New York, USA. The first section of Nongfu Shop Group is about to be listed. We welcome like-minded people from all walks of life to join us!"

So, "about to be listed" implies it's not listed. And it says only the group logo "landed" in times Square on that Nasdaq Marguee. Is that even possible? I guess. I don't know, unless that's some fancy photo shop going on. It seems to imply this is a first step. I don't get the impression anybody knows what the ticker will be, except for us. Because they just happened to want our ticker YBCN. It doesn't even seem to appear that the members of YBCN even know. And nobody on the Nongfu chatter ever mentions a stock ticker that I've seen. Just my interpretation. Which would all be a good thing for us IFF I'm reading the tea leaves properly. It means we have inside information, perhaps. Which isn't really inside information since it's public filings. It just seems to have fallen into our lap IFFF I understand correctly.

4 days ago, that same source comes out with an explanation of the Nasdaq listing process with our logo again.

That's a long explanation of the process with examples which is too hard and long to translate. But basically seems to be making excuses and/or explaining why they aren't listed yet. Thus, reinforcing the idea that this Nasdaq Marquee was real but acknowledging they aren't public yet. That's weird. But it shows they want to as I read it things. They missed their 2024 deadline, obviously, but it may actually come through here on YBCN.

It also reads on that front page: NASDAQ-listed. Requirements and procedures: Steps 7-13 pricing. Roadshow Fundraising Ringing the bell. The first section of Nongfu Shop Group is about to be listed. We welcome like-minded people from all walks of life to join us."

Once again, reinforcing my interpretation of "about to be listed" as I read the tea leaves here.
