2005 highs were $3.20 during katrina. it may not get quite this high, but if we have a serious storm making landfall, or several, who really knows how high it could go. i'm also factoring in the OTCBB uplisting, + gigantic money flow, into this upper range target. if it were to retest these highs that's an 11 bagger from here.
