What I worry about is the fact that the trading in the stock gives no hint of pending BIG NEWS, period. Yeah we get one teaser day of vol and then its back to days of nothing. Pending big deals on penny stocks are the worst kept secrets in the market and this should be no different. To be completely honest you could say OK, but the stock has stayed at these levels so that shows some interest but not enough to move the stock up. Crying WOLF and kicking that poor can down the road too many times has cast a cloud over the company and it's a "show me the money situation" before anything can move ahead.
