Just no good reason to use the warrants... when its against the public good to do so.

Instead, government gets to the same result through income taxes and economic stimulus with putting $$ in the hands of investors that will use the funds to grow the economy or invest in other opportunities, thus creating jobs and future market expansion... all without bringing more delays, uncertainty and expense.

Simply no reason; these boys are smart they see it.
