Forward looking statements. Imo.

Until he gets to the crux of what he wants to say. It was my point first. Here is the first time I saw mention of this one.

So the real forward looking statement was that they were working on it, now he started to reveal it. Why is it time? He did say he would be doing this. Maybe he is cutting someone else off at the knees?

"Today's announcement is a public disclosure of just one of the many breakthroughs that they recently achieved,"

Maybe they have been working to get to the point of DoD funding for production here? It too is a slow process, if that is what he is getting to. Pure speculation.
