If it really is all retail then we should look out for a RS IMO.

retail to me is every day traders buying and selling even if its dilution their buying. I know others have different opinions but this is my opinion.

OTCQB is most often a dangled carrot. It is often stated, very rarely happens

OTCmarkets are the ones that proclaim this and they decide who is QB status. so if it holds a penny bid then its legit.

then a RS would definitely get above .01 and keep it there.

Not saying a R/S won't happen down the road but to hold a penny is possible with revenue.
