Hot head, i think, solved. Two days ago i went to get milk and on noticing the time was just after 10am thought, ok why not visit the pub for one or two. And watch some golf. The Sentry in Maui, 1st of the 2025 season in on. Some eight hours later i said to the manager, "I feel better today than i have in months. Seriously feel super good."

No hot flushes all day. How come? In the cool air conditioned environment all day, i'm certain that's the key. Ideal COPD weather is about 70 with humidity < 55. The temperature outside now is 90, humidity good at 42%, and it's gotta be a couple of degrees hotter here upstairs.
