You're absolutely right stockprofitter. In both warrant agreements there's a listing of what words and terms mean for the purpose of the agreement. Check out "fair value". It states it's the average closing price of prior 20 trading days. It's the same definition in Treasury's 2009 warrant buyback program.

I will definitely fight the exercise of warrants.
