byte dance is going big on nvidia gpu's for data centers outside of china. sounds like the intent is to move work loads from china to outside data centers and then back?

they already are using gpu's that think they are nvidia gpu's. this adds an interesting security issue: the infrastructure that believes it's a legitimate device of nvidia licensing. i think it , therefore it is? dynamic dns ip with strict 'entanglement' specs /granularity might be very important?
