oracle cloud infrastructure is growing with X and meta and zoom and byte dance adding their use of oci.
now byte dance is said to be increasing their nvidia gpu data centers outside of china. usa byte dance customer data being kept in usa. oracle is/was nowsolutions/vcsy partner.........oci seems like it could have been designed with and by vcsy ip in mind. 8 is partner of oci and just in oct 24 their svp of cloud infrastructure became the oracle svp of cloud infrastructure support.
