My example of fraud is something like Bre-X, where you walk by the tailings, drop your gold ring on top, and issue PR's stating visible gold, hence the stock price hitting $200.

Cases like ASKH, are simple incompetence/negligence and stupidity as no one makes any $$ form this, with the exception of the penny ante flippers over the years that have maybe made Peter Lugers steak dinner $$ 😂

Or, pushing the envelope on expense deductions with the IRS, again penny ante stakes...
