Can you tell me what lies are told? These are all a list of facts are they all lies? If so please point them out and refute them with the truth. 

 Is it a lie that FKA BioAmbers former shareholders lost their investment? 

Is it a lie that $4.34 mil was the total upfront payment paid for all of FKA BioAmbers assets including all of the IP, tech, plant, patents, trademarks, trade names described on about 100 pages of the APA save and except for the cash, AR, inventory and some US based office furniture? LCYB also did not want any of the existing contracts assigned which meant any third party owned IP was also not transferred. 

Is it a lie that the FKA BioAmber shares can never be brought back to life, traded, sold for any type of monetary payment including being swapped for shares of a NEWCO?

Is it a lie that FKA BioAmber was liquidated for $4.34 mil leaving all of its creditors impaired? 

Is it a lie that all of FKA BioAmbers Canadian corps have now been dissolved and its Us domiciled Delaware Corp was voided due to nonpayment of taxes and not keeping up with its filing requirements? 

FKA BioAmber doesn't even have a registered agent anymore.
