If the audit and the "imminent" team deal had taken place, we would have heard something about it long ago. That said, there is no reason to believe that annual report will be audited. We go thru this lying BS every year. There's also no reason to believe 2025 will be any different as long as Matt And Brian continue with their incompetence and deceit. I fully expect the annual report to be thin on revenue and what revenue they did manage to make will get eaten by the mystery consulting fees.
