I have seen this story play out with many OTC companies. String along investors, saying a buyout is imminent or Contracts are signed waiting to "offically announce" the deal and then crickets. And more crickets. I have seen it play out with companies trading over a $1 only to crash to a penny or fraction of it. Meanwhile someone is taking advantage and unloading a boatload of shares. Don't be silly, Don't be a bagholder. If you think your on the inside with knowledge that a deal is in the works for a buyout at over $2 a share, stop. Pinch yourself and come to common sense thinking. Your not on the inside and you don't hold 300 million plus shares of a company. DYOR. NFA.
