You're right, tremendous truth yet the approach of making fun of them didn't work even while the policies he mentioned were good ones.

Lies and grievance won the day. Trump managed just enough voters to swing it his way. He mismanaged them
by manipulating them by misinforming them, but when hasn't Trump ended up on top by mismanagement before.
