Got a call into Jeremy Krause to ask for clarification on the following:

1) La Posta & Associates-who are they?
2) Details on convertible financing-how many shares did they give away?
3) When will stock dividend be paid?
4) Who is Martin Grancharoff-what is his employment history and experience with other companies?

He hasn't returned any of my phone calls in the past. I will be more persistent this time around.
