Not a loss cause. It’s correct you don’t have an account with Continental but with E*. Same as all E* account holders. The WPFH shares are on Continental’s book and waiting for E* to request them for their account holders. Basically E* trust company (Depository Trust Company—“DTC”) will reach out to Continental requesting the WPFH shares owed to E* brokerage accounts. Then once received DTC will deposit them into our E* accounts.
