Why are we still here? I'm telling you, the nice and warm feeling from years ago, even after closing on the land has gone ice cold....
Speaking with IR and others, they still sound positive - but WHY? What do they know that us schmucks don't?
It doesn't make any logical sense to me why we are where we are. No JV, no contracts for a phenomenal product (supposedly). We have a beautiful property. We have a great product. What's missing in this equation? And what can be done about it? The last is the best question. What's the roadblock, and can it be removed?
