? The documents are current. That Company was founded in 2021(3 years ago) and was used as a reverse merger/name change in January of 2022. Ybyrá CAPITAL S.A. did not exist until 2022 and didn't have listed shares until 2023(1 year ago).
Ybrya was called Alef S.A. and had no assets or liabilities until the Hermes let them use their so called assets. Ybrya didn't purchase the assets...they issued a note and shares for such ...allowing Hermes to own 30% of the voting power via all the preferred shares(they were issued preferred)
