I'm just wondering if the technology here has any real intrinsic value? If it does, and one takes into account the recent parabolic rise in crypto, it would be insane for the opposing parties not to come to some sort of mutually satisfiable settlement since the share price would probably sky-rocket to unimaginable new heights. As someone who has created several start-up companies and negotiated a few complex business transactions it seems that both sides should be amenable to offering a little give and take considering the potential windfall here.
