I mention the two-step stalking horse issue because it has been my view that Eno met with Dugar in the Autumn of 2017 to hash out a plan for managing BioAmber's debt situation caused by the temporary decline in oil prices and a rise in corn prices. I am not the only person who believes this occurred because of the ridiculously low upfront purchase price, noting that, last I looked, Eno still has his shares. The "Upfront Price" is a technical term with advanced meaning in a two-step process. I think that Eno and Dugar agreed in advance of the auction of the "upfront purchase price." It probably got lower, once LCY got into legal trouble in 2018. In any event, this process assumes that Visolis and LCY with KKR money purchased the BioAmber shares along with all its assets. I know many continuing shareholders know what that means in the context of the COVID emergency and the death of two judges responsible for an ongoing court case that caused additional delays. We've waited a long time. Let's hope our shares will bear the fruit we deserve as soon as the current economic turmoil settles down.
