Hey thanks for the compliment. Ronnie was a tough and fair guy. As for being a controlling shareholder of FOXO, any decisions still must be approved by the majority. FOXO will not implement anything that might jeopardize their money and that INCLUDES Seamus... Being a majority means nothing. FOXO has obtained two profitable assets. The question is why didn't Seamus just keep it and become independent?? Why go through all these hoops? RNVA is still on the EM. What makes you guys think we will be off the EM anytime soon or ever for that matter. The only assurance is debt is due Dec. 2025. Other than that Seamus moved two assets to a reporting company..hmmmm???
