Took a flyer on CEAD($6.50)

This low-floater (I estimate ~600,000) announced an acquisition today...see PR below. The deal sounds interesting, but more important to me is the company's balance sheet. Cash-per-share is about $12.88 and liabilities are minimal. I could see this one enjoying a low-float surge as more details on the deal emerge...
