BioAmber Inc has had it's charter revoked in Delaware - it NO longer exists.
The BOD is gone, the management arm of the company is being dissolved - permanently disappearing.
Do you understand the legal implications of that? 🤨 Obviously not.
The cusip that identified the security (the former company's stock), has been assigned to another company.
The former ticker $BIOA, has also left the building.
