What a load of bs, Bioamber Inc ( The company) does exist it is not trading we know that, but it does operate as private our shares do exist have not been canceled as well as "the company", when Lcy goes public they will issue new shares to replace our non tradable shares, (two new plants, one in Arizona and another in Taiwan, that makes three with Sarnia's plant) that's a lot of value, that's what happens in a spin off, a new company replaces the old with much greater value and the old shareholders(Bioamber's) receive new shares into the newco
