The conflict you are describing as terrorism was a cause and effect established by the Untied Nations in 1947..known as Resolution 181.

!! Said plan was rejected by the Palestinians and that is where the shit show started. The resolution was to have the area internationally controlled.

Britain turned control of that area over to the United Nations in 1947...so Israel never wanted conflict ..but the Arabs did...and that is empirical.
