Your 'perhaps' is just down the 'RW Dimwit Meter'.....patent pending....from 'many people are saying'. In other words no evidence to support the assertion. In my experience, reading and posting here, limits and blocks are few and far between and permanent bans virtually non-existent, that last one not so by a longshot on RW boards.

Perhaps many people were limited/blocked from posting here throughout the years so it's very possible that you wouldn't read such a thing until very recent.
