There is a slight problem with what korenko stated post award of that Designation and it was him saying the fda had found the device to be safe.
That's not factual as subsequently more rabbit tests were ordered and here we are 5 months later after the June 29th submission and it's still hung up so much so that he puts a small paragraph in the Q saying human trials SE Asia before they happen in the usa
