STP had no right to do anything with Block 4 .It would make sense to go after block 11 because that is what was contracted in the agreement.They have no right to
Take back or foreclose on block 4 willy nilly .a court would have to weigh in...court document please ..separate agreement Shell wouldn't go forward with this Chicanery and risk everything down the line
