After years of teasing the BGTV merger into LIGA, Baker decided to call that off. Like every other deal they tried to pass off within the shell. Whatever businesses they actually own, any money goes to the owners of those businesses, not to the public shell stockholders. Management creates numbers in its reports in order to raise money thru public offerings or to sell their own shares. Retail is used by management to transfer their money into management s pockets. And retail falls for it over and over again.
