Can't disagree with most of that. My point is fighting that ruling/policy and going after shitface earlier or later next year. Not this year. That's impossible.
But to make it a possibility to prosecute him later could only happen with the doj bullshit being deleted. That's basically my only point. As far fetched that it is.

Even if it's one stinking case. And Smiths new grand jury cases have removed the immunity bullshit, that's why he's asking for without prejudice. The only protection for shitface in those cases IS the doj policy.

Half the population is brain dead and their little brains are brainwashed because of billion dollar disinformation campaign.
What may be more depressing is that the country won't survive as we knew it before enough people are deprogrammed.
