It's just a fact per RDGL's own communications. The last off the Battelle Radiogel patents expired in 2022. The tech is now public domain. That's what happens when patents expire. RDGL does have a single "improved" manufacturing process patent which doesn't stop anybody. You're denials don't change the facts.
