Rich, do think the OTC is a regulatory agency? Shell risk or no risk.....it's all a risk. Financials can be completely fabricated. PRs can be lies.

And yet, OTC will remove the shell risk rating anyway....they don't know any better as long as the company pays their fee.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
