If he doesn't know anything more about foreign policy than he does about vaxxes and fluoridation of water then he IS stupid about all three. Why is there no more emphasis on Putin's bad miscalculation that has killed the most number of Russian troops since WWII and has him 'renting' cannon fodder from N. Korea? He didn't have to do it.

One thing for sure Kennedy is not unintelligent.
