Hopefully, the Trump regime retains this policy, even though it is being initiated under the Biden regime. A new SEC could yet kill it, either out of spite or due to mass turnover in the federal workforce ... as appears likely beyond just what are currently politically appointed positions. This policy - which is still undergoing development & mark-up - could yet be canceled, changed, or simply forgotten about.
