Some days I wonder if many of these states should have recounts to see how trump has won this last election. I keep checking each day to see the final numbers, and each day it appears trump has barely won many of these states.

Even now this popular vote has fallen under 50 %.

I ask how the election is can keep counting votes, and why have Republicans done their very best to delay all of these votes from being counted by using questionable tactics.
