The common lie being posted is that a stock can not get PC, with out a form 15c2-11. It is a lie.
Also lies claim the stock can not trade as a Pink Current with out a form 15c2-11
That is a bald faced lie. It simply bars Market Manipulator MM's from screwing retail. It means the only bids and asks are retail.

Pink Limited once the SEC Form 10 is filed and approved is all we need. Canadians trade CE and EM stocks all the time already. And deep pockets Americans willing to pay huge fees, can bypass the broker dealers. I do not use them. Too expensive. I do refuse to be mugged by OTC Markets,
so I still have my shares.
