All you seen is some one saying that

"Plains" are something one may land ON, They do not fly. And Camp David is in the mountains. There is, however, an airport at Hagerstown.

All I "SAW" (correct past tense of "see") were accounts of his plan to bring the Taliban to Camp David. Reaction, even from his own party, was not enthusiastic, and so he changed his mind.
